Payment and delivery
We accept orders for delivery to Ukraine and the EU countries available at checkout. Delivery within Ukraine is free; delivery to the EU costs €20 per order, added to the product price. Payment is online only through plata by mono. For EU delivery addresses, the product price is converted to euros using the official National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate on the order date. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Ukraine — 1–3 calendar days; EU — 7–14 calendar days.

If you do not experience the expected effect, contact info@fusion-intimate.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the order number, the contact details used for that order and a brief statement that the expected effect was not achieved. No intimate photos, videos or medical documents are required. We will refund the full amount paid for the product; you do not need to return the used bottle. Refunds are issued after the order has been verified; the same order will not be refunded twice. This commercial guarantee supplements and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
