Payment and delivery
Delivery to countries available at checkout (Ukraine and the EU) is included in the product price, regardless of the payment method. Online payment is available at checkout. For orders delivered to the EU, the euro amount is calculated using the official National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate on the order date; the total and currency are shown before payment. If you do not experience the expected effect, contact info@fusion-intimate.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the order number, the contact details used for that order and a brief statement that the expected effect was not achieved. No intimate photos, videos or medical documents are required. We will refund the full amount paid for the product; you do not need to return the used bottle. Refunds are issued after the order has been verified; the same order will not be refunded twice. This commercial guarantee supplements and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
